This incident caused the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Officers detained a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
